MANAGEMENT PLAN (25%)

It includes everything that's part of the Digital Plan and adds check-in and check-out management, cleaning and laundry services, amenities, 24/7 guest support, and liability insurance.

DISTRIBUTION AND PRICES

We manage availability across more than 50 channels and the pricing strategy for each accommodation, taking into account its characteristics, demand, and booking patterns.

RESERVATIONS AND GUESTS

We manage reservations, guest communication, and provide the necessary practical information before, during, and after each stay.

CONTENT AND MARKETING

Professional photography, listing presentation, marketing and translations, with content tailored to the accommodation and each channel.

LOCAL OPERATION

In the Management Plan, we coordinate check-in and check-out, cleaning, laundry, amenities, and guest support from Madeira.

LICENSING AND REPORTS

We support the legalization of Local Accommodation, operational accounting, mandatory reports, and processes related to the tourist tax.

EXTRA SERVICES

Pool or jacuzzi maintenance, garden maintenance, and installation or maintenance of the Local Accommodation kit are available upon request.
